My day after photo I barely had any bruises and was less swollen. After the first day I became really swollen and all my bruises started showing! What really helped me was buying Arnica cream from amazon! Once I bought the cream the next day my bruises were almost gone!

Smart lipo 360! Amazing

I had smart lipo 360 10 days ago with Dr.Cole and it has been the best experience ever! I never thought I would ever get plastic surgery until I came across smart lipo. I have always been really insecure about my abdominal area. I work out a lot but have never had a flat stomach and small waist. After doing so much research I came across dr. Cole at Atlanta liposuction specialty clinic. I really loved doctor coles before and after photos and all of his reviews were amazing! He met all of my requirements and answered all of my questions in the consultation. After the consultation I knew he was the doctor I wanted.
Going on to the surgery day:
I was really nervous the day of! Due to Covid I had to go in alone. Once I got in the staff greeted me so sweet like always! Every single person at that office is just so amazing and caring! Once I met with the nurse I told her I was nervous and she literally made me feel so much better!!! Her bedside manner made all my worries go away!! She made me even forget I was going into the surgery and I went in so confident. She was by my side the whole time talking me through it along with dr. Cole. Dr cole is also really great and caring!
During the surgery I was awake THE WHOLE TIME!! I had my eyes covered couldn't see anything I was just relaxing listening to music. I felt no pain until the very end I could feel some pain but nothing crazy. Finally when it was done and I sat up I felt so much pain. The nurse helped me into my compression garmet and fed me some crackers so I could take my pain pills.
One thing I wasn't expecting was the after pain!! All the reviews I read on here made it seem so painless and easy and that definitely was not the cae for me! I was in so much pain I even had a panic attack the first night! First three days are the absolute worst! Once you get through that, the rest is EASY! The pain isn't unbearable but it is definitely bad at first! I took pain meds the first three days and after that switched to Tylenol extra strength!
I am now 10days post op and I have no pain! I am not even on Tylenol anymore! It was so worth it! I would recommend smart lipo over traditional lipo EVERYDAY to anyone!! My results are incredible!! I am still so swollen and my abdominal is hard and light bruising but I am fine and can do everything on my own now! First three days you definitely need a caregiver!

I don't care what your doctor says you NEED these massages!! The sooner you can start the better! I started my massages the day after my surgery! The post op care is just as important as the surgery itself!

Amazing! Hopefully I can get a affordable quote for me and satisfying results. 28yr old no kids and always wanted lipo for my double stomach(no kids ☹️) and pancake shape. Hopefully he can work a miracle. *Fingers crossed*

Thank you for this! I am scheduled for smart lipo on Tuesday. I scheduled my first massage two weeks out. Should I do it sooner? Have you heard of the at home massager ? Also- did you use the Arnicare cream?

Yes you need to do it sooner!! It's so important you start as soon as possible because your incision holes will close up in 2 days and then u won't drain from them! Start your massages the next day. I was so scared to do my massages because of the pain I was in and the massages actually helped relieve all the pain because it drains the liquid. The longer you wait the more swollen you will be/ the more you will hurt/ the more likely you are to get fibrosis. And yes I use arnica cream and took arnica pills that the doctor gave me. The cream got rid of the bruising soooo fast! Definitely recomend

You look really good! Thank you for sharing your experience and information. I'm getting my Smart Lipo done in December! So excited!! May I ask where did you go for your massages? I'm thinking about going to Massage Solutions but love to hear about your choice.
