So after years of debating I am finally going with the op.

I used to be a good C cup by lost weight and went off the pill 10 years ago they just never returned. Infact they went smaller than before from a 32B to A/AA

They have fluctuated over the last 9 years between a medium small b to A.

I am very active. I also do do poles dancing and trapeze / circus skills so I was concerned about having them done under the muscle. Howeverive been told I do not have enough tissue for overs.

The surgeon uses mentor implants. Debating between Anatomical tear drop or round. I’ve also added my 3D pic. I would like them a little higher so will suggest that.

Can anyone tell me about this flex look. Everyone says it’s ugly ? When you flex your pec and the implant moves.

I have mentor round 400cc. Former ballet dancer currently teacher. Yes, the flex look isn't very nice, but if you're not you looking at yourself in the mirror it's not terribly noticeable. I don't have much breast tissue and I am very glad they are under the muscle. I'll try to upload a flex picture and a rippling angle.
