First steps to a better me....
So I should of started a review before I got my surgery but I guess we can pick up from here. I scheduled my surgery 3 weeks ago. The 3 weeks went by extremely fast. The OCC are very informal and helpful with everything answered every question I had honestly. I was very nervous and scared as the time drew near but they did their best to make sure i was comfortable
One month post op
So I am one month post op and down 30 pounds down yay me going to try and lose another 30 pounds I need to lose them before July so gotta get back to that gym life lol I walk on the treadmill for an hour and a half to get my 10,000 steps in.
What to eat????
Eating has been extremely hard I don't know what to eat and I always get sick when I eat any thing other than apple sauce and oatmeal and throw it back up. I'm scared to eat I went to my mom house for a week and gained 3 pounds back this hurt so bad I feel like I'm going to have to stay far away from people because they bring back my old habits I don't keep junk or frozen food in my house only healthy things ugh helppppp!!!! In those 5 days I have become dehydrated. Stay away from people with bad influences. They wouldn't understand what you are going through mentally and physically and now emotionally.
