Loving the results.

It's been over 1 Year and I'm down 66 pounds. Keeping it off too. Most people lose a lot more
but I'm happy with my weight now. No complications at all. Of course, I still don't eat like before but i have learned to be okay with that, or self I would go back to my old habits. Everything about my weight loss has been positive. I would say only downside is my lose skin. Since you lose the weight so far you can't help it. Next will have to be the gym! lol working on that after New Years.

63 down in 9mos... Love it!!
From 216 to 153 pounds :)
9mos out. Total of 63 pounds down. I'm a little slower then others only because I don't want to be too skinny. Losing all my curves and have lose skin that i can not seem to tighten. BUT!! so very happy. Feel so much healthier.

How are you keeping it slow but steady?
Hi. I still eat very little and I do not force myself. I found it easier to get a side plate and but about 2 cups of any food. No special diet and my stomach is full and my brain sees an empty plate and knows I'm full. LOL

Stopped hitting from full body pics
Forgot to add, Skin feels healthy, I love getting ready and cloths fits so cute now.
