WORTH IT
Awesome experience from day 1. Very secure, informative. Dr. Ortiz’s staff are very competent, bilingual, kind, with a lot of patience, and experience. My only regret is the following “ I should do this years ago”

I have weighed as little as 137 7 years ago with much struggle. Now, I can't seem to lose any weight. After fasting & 'dieting as I said, I lost 4#'s in 9 weeks. I blew it at the RD's office and decided it wasn't worth starving, any longer!!!
What can/will you suggest, if possible. So sorry for the ramble & babble, I might need a PSY as well as everything else going on, I do have, & have had a therapist also!!!
Weight --- any suggestions, would/could OR be possible, to help me, when even wt loss, dieting & exercise have NO longer 'worked' for me any longer!!!
In the last few minutes, I answered my phone, & could not 'get back to the/my place' in my "chat", speech . That is why there is a switch & disconnection/lack of finishing a sentence or thought, at one point.
Again, so sorry for the length & disconnection of my long, speech!!! I appreciate your, anyone's finishing of this,
