WORTH IT$4,000

In August I booked my surgery with Miguel Navarro. I scheduled for surgery the end of October. The trip there was fine. I used a company as an intermediary. They provided me with a driver to pick me up from San Diego as well as a one night stay at a nice hotel in Tijuana.

My surgery went well. I was super sore the day after but by day 4 of being post-op I hardly felt pain. The hospital checked for any complications and x-rayed for leaks before releasing me. I spent about 2 days in the hospital. Most of the staff were friendly and spoke decent to excellent English. It was a sore ride on the way home, but everything went well and perfect honestly.

Miguel Navarro Viramontes did so well. He's very skilled. He speaks perfect English and he's very attentive and respectful. I did not meet him until right before my surgery, but I felt assured and in safe hands. I also want to shout out to Mariana. She's amazing as well. I received the best medical treatment of my life in a foreign country. I'm American and from Florida so this speaks volumes!

I forgot to mentioned the name of the service I used was called A Lighter Dream, it provided the hotel in Tijuana and the driver to and from the airport and to the hospital. Yes my surgery was performed in a hospital.

I also forgot to list my starting stats too.
SW: 278
Weight before surgery: 269
CW: 203

So being 3 months post op, I still can't eat much. I eat a little more than I could before, but after one or two bites I'm full. I still can't enjoy breads, pastas, cookies/crackers, or rice really. I try to focus on eating meat and soft steamed veggies. I really love soups the most. If you have any questions ask me anything. I'll add photos soon.

I only feel sick if I eat too fast or don't pace myself. Don't eat right after drinking and don't drink right after eating. Wait about half an hour between drinking and eating.

Over 60lbs in 3m is incredible. When does the weight loss plateau? How much do you forecast you'll lose? How much for everything?

It slowed a lot after 6 months. I'm down 100 lbs now. I still need to lose 50 but it isn't budging. I'm going to start HCG next week.

No, you do not. You bring your Birth certificate and ID/DL. 2 forms of Identification basically. the consultant explains it with you what you need and how it works.
