I am 27 and 250lbs. I have decided to do the gastric sleeve after loosing and gaining weight repeatedly in the past eight years. I had a baby about a year ago and my weight just keeps going up. I'm tired all the time, I have little time for the gym along with little motivation. Hopefully my surgery will help with finding my way back to myself.

I feel the difference in my body. I feel smaller. I can see the weight loss I'm about twenty lbs or twenty lbs down. My clothes fit so loose. The eating change takes some getting used too. I vomit a couple of times from eating too fast or eating meat cooked in grease.

Welcome back :) , I know it's hard to post in the beginning because you are healing. And your strength is not the same, I can imagine how hard I must be for you especially with a baby. It's good to hear that you've los 20lbs. So did I. I kind kept my surgery to myself. The people that have asked me, I lie and tell them m doing the Keto diet. LOL
I am Latina, and unfortunately our food is very fattening. Changing the foods I eat has not been easy. I'm still trying to adapt.
Keep us posted on our progress. We are here to support each other .
