I've decided to do the gastric sleeve

I am 27 and 250lbs. I have decided to do the gastric sleeve after loosing and gaining weight repeatedly in the past eight years. I had a baby about a year ago and my weight just keeps going up. I'm tired all the time, I have little time for the gym along with little motivation. Hopefully my surgery will help with finding my way back to myself.

Good luck, that was me. After my second kid, I just gained it so fast and I was over it. I had it done on Aug 2018. I've lost a little over 100lbs, started at 251. It gets easier after a few weeks and it is so worth it!

I feel the difference in my body. I feel smaller. I can see the weight loss I'm about twenty lbs or twenty lbs down. My clothes fit so loose. The eating change takes some getting used too. I vomit a couple of times from eating too fast or eating meat cooked in grease.

Welcome back :) , I know it's hard to post in the beginning because you are healing. And your strength is not the same, I can imagine how hard I must be for you especially with a baby. It's good to hear that you've los 20lbs. So did I. I kind kept my surgery to myself. The people that have asked me, I lie and tell them m doing the Keto diet. LOL I am Latina, and unfortunately our food is very fattening. Changing the foods I eat has not been easy. I'm still trying to adapt. Keep us posted on our progress.
