Hey! How's everything going with the weight loss? Any updates?
I'm down to 200lbs and I don't diet I just eat what I want since I can barely even do that. I have no regrets and I feel amazing.
Any updates? Are you still doing well?
Lost 80lbs since January and had to maintain my weight because I am 16 weeks pregnant. Which I’m sure wouldn’t have happened at my previous weight so I’m extremely happy. No saggy skin, just a little tummy. I never actually ate right or clean after the first month because I figured my stomach was 80% smaller than before so I was gonna lose weight regardless and that’s exactly what happened. Weight just melted off, even with a few stalls here or there no matter what I still lost weight over the months.
Hello! I hope all is well. Any updates after having a baby? Can you explain why did you rate 3 stars instead of 5?

That's awesome!!! Keep me informed :) I am headed there on 1/31 for my surgery!
It will go fine!
Looking forward to following your journey! We're at similar starting weights but you're about 5 months ahead of me in this process. I'm so impatient to get started, but still have 3 more months of insurance imposed program to go through first. Hope all is well and the return to work wasn't too traumatic. Do your colleagues know?
I didn't tell them but I did tell friends the night before. They were a little upset about me telling them so late in the process. But what's done is done. I will probably tell people at work in a few weeks. It comes with so many questions that I just don't wanna answer right now. Lol
I get it, can be embarrassing & hard to work into conversation. Just to share my own experience, I’m the exact opposite & telling everyone around me. Even complete strangers. Everyone has been super supportive and seems to know someone that has had the surgery & consider it life changing in the best possible way. Sharing his journey has strengthened my relationships, helped me find common ground with others going through their on internal battles, and establish a group that are committed to doing the ‘sober’ months/weeks with me as a group health kick. The only ppl that don’t know are my family because I already know they wouldn’t be supportive. They’ve never been shy about calling me fat or scare mongering about health issues, but they would owe this as the ‘easy’ way out & criticize me for not being strong enough to do it the diet/exercise way. Since they’re in the UK it doesn’t really matter though. I’m not sharing any full body pics for 6 months before or after, so by the time they see me they can live under the illusion that it was a gradual and natural transition.
This is not the easy way out and I just started! You gotta do this for you.
Oh trust me I know. I just figure that since they are not around to witness any of the Journey I have the opportunity to eliminate the negativity entirely by not having the conversation. If it comes up after the fact so be it, but in the meantime I choose to surround myself with positivity & support.
