The best thing I have ever done!!!!! Not a moment of down time, no issues. We walked for 3 hours the day after surgery all over town. Marriott was great home base, medical transportation was perfect, border crossing uneventful with only 4 people in entire place (not using the same crossing as all the uprising is at now). I only had 50 lbs to lose and have lost 40 of them in first 3 months! I could not be more thrilled at how I feel. Blood pressure, Cholesterol and all vitamins are in excellent range - no meds every in my life again!

Hi, I also only have 50 lbs to lose and been struggling to find the best weight loss option for me. I have been in meds for high cholesterol and high blood pressure for man6 years and I have struggled my whole life with 50 lbs overweight....can't seem to keep it off. Tried everything else, but always comes back.

What procedure did you get and would you have chosen that option if you could start all over again?
