It's all about me

Well, the time has come. I am writing this sitting in the airport waiting to board my flight! I will having vsg surgery tomorrow! I am super excited! I did horrible on the pre-o diet. I maybe followed it for 3 days. I'm so hungry right now! Update you later!

I have 28 day till I bored the plane to California! I am super excited. I didn’t start a low carb/keto diet. I have been doing intermittent fasting as long as possible. It has helped a lot; During this pandemic, I was the highest weight I ever been (309). I knew I gained weight, but seeing a 3 on the scale so shocking. I weighted myself this morning, and I’m at 290. By Aug 20, I hope to be at least 275. I haven’t started packing yet! I know I have several things I need to buy such as compression socks, meds, and comfort things. I have 37 days till my pre-op diet is to start. I have been eating what I want freely. During the pandemic I have gain 25 pounds! I’m not mad about it. Tomorrow(July 1), I will be starting keto or low carb. I want to try and lose those 25 pounds. I know how to get rid of the 25 pounds, it’s the actual doing part that gets me! I am so excited for my upcoming journey. I know there will be tough days and miserable days, but I know results will be worth it. I tried to move my surgery date up, but my doctor was completely booked. Well on that note, I have 50 days until I board the plane! It’s getting real! Stay tuned...
