I’ve had a very slow weight loss. I’m currently 10 months post op, down 51 pounds and currently weigh 149 lbs. I’m 5’3.

Why do you think it has been so slow? You look good. At least no skin removal surgery will be needed.

Because a bmi calculator isn’t a good representation of someone’s healthy weight would be she may only be 15 /20lbs over her proper weight at this point the surgery gets you about 80% there she needs to exercise and eat healthy to get the rest of the way
