Everything is still going great ???? getting more range of motion back with my arms every day. I'm a dental hygienist so I took 8 days off and feel like that'll be enough time.
I absolutely LOVE my new boobs. I'm so excited for once to go shopping! I have the dreaded chords under my left armpit since I had axillary incision so it's much more sore than my right but I've been told to put a hot compress on it while slowly stretching it out. I also have a bit of bruising under my left boob and the triangle between my boobs. My skin feels preetty tight since I started off at a 32AA but nothing unbearable.

I'm using Bio Oil twice a day and also Palmers Cocoa Butter once in a while to prevent stretch marks and to help with the fluffing process:)

I was cleared today to wear a sports bra other than the surgical one, which was very uncomfortable and showed my nips even through hoodies haha. I got a lightly padded Bali brand bra and it's wonderful! I would recommend these!!

Hello, fellow RDH here :D I'm also one week post op. I'm having a great recovery as well, I was blessed to be able to have two weeks off. Whisking you the best, wanna hear how feels your first day of work. I'm at a very sat paced office 30 mins for prophies 1 hour for 2 Quad of SRP and even sidebooked patients. :'(. I was flatter than a board because my chest is concave. tried on scrubs and doesn't even look I had something done. I had 350cc HP.

A fellow RDH! Glad to hear you're having a great recovery!:) I'm also at a fast paced office, 30min appointments as well and I work 2 12's a 10 and a 6... it's crazy. I think I'll be okay with 8 days though. I have pretty good range of motion with my arms already and we don't stretch our arms out much or lift heavy things so I'm not worried :) Need that money haha. Don't worry about the size yet, it's still VERY early. You're similar stats to me and generally girls who start off at our size and go around 350 end up being a full C if not a small D. I'll let you know how my first day back goes!

So glad everything is going well so far. You're so lucky...my surgery ended up getting rescheduled into the new year because my vitals were out of whack the day of (fever and high pulse) ;( so crazy. But following your progress will be so helpful. You look great

Thanks girl:)
Aw I'm sorry:( what a bummer. It's good to make sure you're healthy first though so you heal properly. Just take it easy and get well!:)
December 28, 2015
Wow you look great, you went a bit bigger than i am thinking about but they look perfect, are they dropping yet?
December 29, 2015
Thank you!:) I'm very happy with them. It's been almost 4 weeks and I'd say they've softened up a little but they're still kinda firm and tight. Definitely no bounce to them yet :/ Doc said give it at least 2 months

Glad you're so happy with them, i'll keep an eye out for your updates as we're the same height / weight / build etc

Congratulations! You are looking great! I got a little smaller implant (275 high profile), but not having anything to begin with and being kinda small, I went from a AA to D, so a little bit can go a long way. Look forward to seeing your progress pictures!!! Take care!

Thanks! And congratulations to you!:) I'll be posting an update today. How was your recovery? I see you're at about the 2 month mark. Have they softened quite a bit? I tried on some bras recently, although I can't buy any for another month, and I was a D as well! :)

Yes, they are softening up a bit relatively speaking. I had so little breast tissue, and I am pretty thin skinned, so there things were VERY tight early on. I figure any softening is an improvement. I did for the very first time, sleep on my side last night. Up til now it just hadn't felt comfortable, so I guess they are squishy enough to be laid on! And really only in the last week have I been comfortable wearing a bra for any length of time. Still makes me smile putting them on!!! Hope things continue to go well!!!

Post Op Day 1- Doing great!

Kitty150
I am extremely happy and can't believe this day has finally come and past! I have cried in sheer happiness a few times already haha.

I was very nervous the week before my surgery but as soon as the actual day came I felt just very ready and calm. Everything went great. Dr. Turowski and his team were VERY friendly and accommodating. I signed my implant size final papers, 325cc mentor mod+ axillary incision.

Surgery went very fast and I woke up feeling very happy.. So much that I started crying uncontrollably haha. Apparently right after surgery they sat me up to show me my new boobs and I said they were "beautiful and perfect" and I don't remember that one bit! Haha.

I think I picked the perfect size for my body. They look a little flat now but doc said my muscles and skin are just very tight right now but they will look much bigger soon and will soften up. They are quite hard right now but not as round on top as I thought they would be, I am very pleased. I think they will be perfect and exactly what I wanted.

Recovery hasn't been bad at all (yet?) either. The wrap was very tight as I expected but I got that off this morning and feel MUCH better. The pain pills haven't made me loopy either. I am a very healthy person and take a multi vitamin daily and doubled up on vit C before surgery. I have been eating healthy, protein and foods with iron and B12 and fruits and haven't been in much pain or have felt sick. I am resting a lot but get up occasionally to walk around a little.

I am very happy I went with Dr. Turowski. His results are amazing and I am happy I have no scars on my breasts. Can't wait for my boobies to fluff! Haha

Congratulations, Kitty! It's great to hear that you are so happy with your size thus far. You are looking great and are taking such great care of yourself! That is awesome. I'm sure it will help in your healing and recovery. Happy healing and dropping and fluffing, although dropping and fluffing will probably take time and patience, lol. xoxo

Goal Pictures

Kitty150
I've been told a hundred times that there isn't much difference between 325 and 350cc but my mind sits so much easier with 325cc for some reason..gotta go with my gut. I showed these pictures to my surgeon and he said 325cc will get me to this look and will put me at a C, which will probably be a 32D at Victoria's Secret. I've seen other girls my size go much smaller so I'm worried I'm going too big but my measurements seem to fit this size. They always say to go bigger so you're not disappointed. Any thoughts or opinions??

i must say i went with 225cc right and 200cc left instead of the 250cc I thought I was goin with (it's only been a week though) and i think they're a little bigger than i hoped for. I'm wearing a surgical bra size 28C and started off with a 30A, BWD 12.

Don't worry yet it's still so early:) what outcome size were you hoping for? I want natural looking but still a pretty decent size. I posted some of my goal pictures, were you wanting smaller than that? Do you have before and after pictures?:)

Hello dear!
I saw you are having your surgery in december and we have similar stats, so I will be following and cheering for you from now on!
I am a little shorter (4'11'') and I do have ~some~ breast tissue (B cup at VS) so I am going with 250cc. Also I never wanted too much fullness, just an improvement on perkiness and roundness since boobs deflated with weight loss :(
Check my wish boobs, I think they do look smaller!
But I see you checked on PS Michael Law's work - he does have a lot of petite girls to show! I found his work awesome too!
