I am an Asian American 44-year-old man with a class iv to v hair loss. I've been searching for the best fit hair surgeon for me for about a year now and found the impressive Dr. Turowski's New Horizons Center. My overall review is of highest regards: Dr. Turowski and his medical team are talented and compassionate. I have been taken care of upon arrival, from initial checkup to post-procedure checkup. The whole team has been so kind and accommodating, making the medical clinic feel like a spa. I had the ARTAS procedure and am very happy with it. I was well taken care of and with Dr. Turowski's impressive credentials (Ivy League background, medical accomplishments, etc) made me feel like I made the right choice. Shoutout to CC, Martha, Tiffany, and everyone else for an amazing hair transplant experience. Easy, tolerable to no pain, happy so far.

I had the surgery because I lost a significant amount of hair at the top of my head that was too severe not to have taken action on. From the very beginning, everyone who I have talked to on the phone (before committing to Dr. Turowski) were all informative and kind. The patient adviser, Ms. CC, was very patient with my questions on the phone and through email. Her responses via email were promptly sent within a day on a weekday and it was easy to reach her on the phone.
Dr. Turowski's whole medical team were all very accommodating, and that is a huge pro. They never failed to make me feel anxious or uneasy as they treated me with absolute compassionate care. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and took great effort to make the whole procedure/surgery pain-free.
For me, the recovery process is easy if you follow the post-care instructions they give you. I had a post-care kit that had the essential materials that prevented pain and infections--that were very helpful--and increased likelihood of hair growth. As of now, I'm pleased with my surgery. Fingers crossed that it will be a successful one year and will then have a full head of hair!
