Skip the "Natura Bra" Breast Lift !

Before proceeding with Dr Alizadeh's "Natura Bra" Breast Lift do your research! I had this procedure about one year ago with "Fat Grafts" . I was lead to believe this procedure was long lasting, would give excellent results and has a 20 year track history. This was NOT my experience. Shortly after my surgery, I noticed my breasts decreasing in size. I asked at EVERY follow up appointment about additional Fat Grafting, I was told that additional Fat could be added, if necessary. At my 6 month follow up visit, my breasts started to sag and I was down to a small B cup! (formally a D/DD) I was told I would be a full C. I told Dr Alizadeh I was not happy with the size of my Breasts, he showed zero empathy and said" There is nothing I can do"! He THEN informed me I did not have enough FAT to do additional Grafting. In the previous 6 months this was never brought up. He clearly ignored my concerns. He also commented that the reason my breasts looked small was because my rib cage was protruding. I found this comment to be completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I left the office in tears and feeling disregarded as a patient. Being very distressed over this situation, I meet with several VERY experienced and compassionate Surgeons. What I learned from the Dr.'s was that too much Breast tissue was removed! The amount taken was an equivalent amount taken for a BREAT REDUCTION! That Fat Grafts, do not last! Only about 30-50% of the fat will remain in the best case. Most patients will need additional Fat Grafts. The nipple to Breast fold measurement is too long and my scars need Laser treatments to flatten out and reduce redness. I need a Breast Revision Surgery to restore my breasts to a C cup and make them proportioned.

This surgery will require, Implants to restore my Breasts to a comfortable size, Galaflex, internal bra to support my Breasts and prevent sagging. Skin removed from the lower poles to make my breast proportioned and Laser treatment to the vertical scars.

My advice to anyone considering this surgery, get multiple opinions! I was totally unfamiliar with Fat Grafting, what I discovered from the surgeons I consulted with That Dr Alizadeh left out many facts about fat grafting and claimed "his fat Grafts" were different and would last! He left out many of the problems that can occur when doing a Breast Lift. He is a Dr that sells you on his procedure ( AND OTHER PROCEDURES) when there is an issue, he dismisses you! This has taken an emotional toll on me, I now were padded bras and feel uncomfortable in my body. I have yet to select a Surgeon to do my revision. This will require more time away from my business and $$$$. It has been explained to me that it is harder to put back what was taken away. My advice is ask your Surgeon Directly, How do you handle issues? This is the biggest disappointment that he would turn his back on a patient and not stand by his work. Christine
