Hi RS community! I am a 35 y/o woman with fair skin and some freckles. I have a history of oily skin and breakouts so there are blemish scars on the lower half of my face. As of right now though, my main concern are these darn forehead wrinkles. I’ve never had anything done to my face as far as Botox, surgery, laser treatments, or even facials. I basically wash my face at home and apply whatever moisturizer I have on hand. I am a RS insider and courtesy of RS I was given to opportunity to test Skinbetter Science Alto Defense Serum and AlphaRet Overnight Cream. I started using it last Sunday and have applied for one week now. The serum is applied day and night (2-3 pumps) and the night cream (2-3 pumps) I apply before bed. The products absorb nice and there is no greasy feel after they are applied. They have a light odor but it’s totally tolerable. Reminds me of super glue a little lol! So far I’m seeing results with this product. The lines on my forehead appear shorter and smoother as seen in my pic. I have no makeup on in my pictures and they are taken in the same lighting and angle with no filters. I can’t wait to see what happens over the next couple weeks :)

Week 2 results

Ok so I’ve been using this product for 2 weeks now. So far I really like it! My forehead lines aren’t gone, but as you can see in the photos, they have definitely softened. There was a change from my before pics but nothing between week 1 and 2. I use the serum 1-2 times a day and the night moisturizer every night before bed. I have noticed a burning feeling to my skin at night after I applied the night cream this week, but it goes away and my skin has not been showing signs of irritation or redness.

Week 3 results

Nothing new to share this week. I continue to use the serum 1-2x a day and the overnight cream every night. My forehead wrinkles decreased in the first week and have pretty much stayed the same since. I’m ok with that though. An improvement is always good :) Overall I think my complexion has brightened too! Going to continue use and hope to see more improvements :)
