Products Feel Sticky Like Glue on my Face

all skinbetter products i newly ordered left my face feeling very sticky! is that normal for these products to feel sticky like glue is on your face? i purchased 8 products (oxygen infusion wash, even tone, techno, trio, alpharet face, alpharet eyes, tone smart spf) and i followed them in the exact order my esthetician recommended to me. i also called SB customer service and they also confirmed the order i used them in was correct. however it was super thick, emollient, and also had a LOT OF PILLING. plus whenever i went to sleep i felt like my face would glue to the pillow with these products :/.

i really wanted to love these products and i’d love to give them a second shot! did i just get a bad batch? is it possible they were expired? would love anyones help/feedback :)
