I Cannot Recommend Them

The staff was pleasant, so it's unfortunate to share this review. But I feel that I was not provided the best recommendation to improve my skin condition. During my initial consultation, Dr. Khorasani and Dr. Peterson did not mention any risks of complications for my course of treatment. So I agreed to move forward. When I returned a few days later, I paid for the procedure and then went to the exam room. That's when the doctors reexamined my skin and said the procedure could be a "gamble" due to a lack of skin elasticity that could cause skin stretching. Dr. Khorasani apologized for not mentioning this risk sooner, but still reassured me that I would have a good outcome. Unfortunately, I did not have a good outcome despite following the post-op plan. I now have a longer scar than the original one, along with redness and hyperpigmentation. The doctors are now recommending skin resurfacing treatments that will cost me another $4,000-5,000. I believe the doctors should have been more forthcoming about the risks during my original consultation and before I booked the procedure. I also believe they should have recommended a more conservative approach like skin resurfacing rather than skin surgery. This has been costly for me and left me with a longer scar than I began with. As a result, I cannot recommend them.
