I had sustained full thickness burns to my chest and arms. I had been to a number of physicians looking for treatment to improve the appearance of the scarring. Unfortunately no one had much to offer.
I finally saw Dr. Gallego and was his patient for several years while he practiced in Sioux City, IA for treatment of these scars. He performed several scar revisions that made these scars less noticeable. He is not only a highly skilled surgeon, but also, a very kind man with a great deal of integrity. He was able to understand how this affected my self-confidence. This was important to me.
