Update...6 days later and the swelling has gone down which sucks, so am left with this. Maybe better than before... Seems even skinnier than b4... Prob my imagination I think I need to have a real revision with spreader grafts etc... :(
But, Dr. Retana is still absolutely wonderful and caring and listens to everything you have to say and did evthg he could without having to do surgery. :( :( Gotta go to a specialist :( Thanks for trying <3

Don't ever inject silikon especially into your nose. It's not dissolvable, permanent and it changes over time. I wish someone warned me 18 years ago. Silikon should be banned. Trust me

Silikon stays fixed in your face. You can never get rid of it. As you age the silicone stays exactly where it was placed. At 27 mine looked great
Now at 43,I have 2 ridges in my cheek. Lumps in other areas. I wish I never did this

Yes. Cheeks drop. The nose stays pretty stationary as we age, especially if we've had revsison and grafts, so better for fixed filler.

I am so lucky to have come across Dr. Retana. I had a rhino about 20+ years ago and that dr. did not listen to what I wanted and went on his own and made my nose skinny and crooked. Dr. Retana and I are using a temporary long lasting filler to make sure we are both on the same page before we move on to the permanent filler. I have attached pics to show how amazing he and his caring staff are!
