Your scar Looks absolutely amazing and it looks like he removes the maximum amount of silicone, especially in the delicate muscle area and subcutaneous tissue. Hey! I was just checking in on you to see how you're doing after Folleco and when you might be getting a new MRI to see how much he removed! Hope all is well!
Posted a detailed review under his page but you can find it through mine too. 98% of the silicone is gone now and I have zero pain. Unfortunately we can never be 100% silicone free, that's just the nature of the substance injected.

Hey, Dr Folleco now offers his own recovery home/ hotel that's super luxurious so i recommend going through him cause the drive from my Airbnb to the clinic was far. Also used one of his nurses for the first day and felt comfortable staying alone but that's only because this was my 3rd surgery and easiest so I knew what to expect.
Thank you Futuredoll, I am booking with him this week. Did you have any migration to your legs or feel inflammation in your legs? I am uncertain if I have there but I feel inflammation and sometimes it feels heavy.
Sorry for the late response, I definitely some migration to my lower leg and thighs. He removed all of it so I'm good now.
Thanks for being so open. I’m going to Dr. Gallerani next wk but that’s just to get a sec opinion. I initially went to Dr. Tansar Mir. But I think I’m going to go to Dr. Folleco because I’ve seen so many great reviews. I got mines in 2009. It started to migrate to my legs some yrs ago and really started giving me issues last yr when I gained weight. Now it’s in my hips as well. I’ve been wanting to get it removed for yrs but the money was always the issue. Even now…. But Dr. Folleco price is reasonable. I’ve just always been afraid because I always hear horror stories of girls going to different countries & dying but everything that I’ve been hearing about Dr. Folleco puts my worries to ease. So thank you so much.

Final update

Hey everyone, here’s the final result after my third removal with Dr Alexander Folleco. This surgery was mostly to remove the muscle which had silicone and perfect the placement and overall appearance of my scar. I’m very happy with my results and feel great overall. I’ll be making a new review under Dr Follecos real self from now on with better images and details on price, recovery etc as time goes on as I’m only 6 weeks post op right now.

Oh wow! You've really come along way! Your butt looks great! I wanted to go to Dr. Folleco for removal, but haven’t talked to anyone who’s gone to him! Would you recommend him or dr torres for removal? I also have some silicone in my muscles. Thanks for the update!
Thank you! I think they're both good doctors but it's depends on a case by case basis. Dr Torres did a great job with removing a massive amount of silicone but he didn't remove the muscle which I think is vital. Since you have silicone in your muscle and also want a perfect scar, I would go to Dr Folleco.
Thank you for your honest review and feedback! I am going to have a consultation with Dr. Folleco! I feel like the pain I am experiencing is a direct consequence of getting injected in my muscles. Please keep us updated on your continued progress and after you get your MRI. I pray that this is your final surgery and I hope you are feeling better that it's out of the muscles!
