My journey to remove illegal silicon injections

UPDATED FROM Selflove247

My journey is complete 1/18/23 (reconstruction)

WORTH IT$12,800
Hi ladies it's been a long time coming. After having removal 2yrs ago on 1/6/21by Dr. Katzen I finally had my reconstruction surgery on 1/18/23. I feel and look absolutely amazing. Yes this has been one roller coaster ride, but I'm happy to be on the other side of THIS. My journey is finally complete and I have made so many connections and gained so much knowledge about removal and reconstruction! I will be happy to share all of my links, connections, possible funding options, tips, and much more from a "patient" perspective on both removal and reconstruction! I have helped over 65 women and counting. Please send me a direct message for any assistance. I will post my final results in a few weeks once I'm completely healed. I love you all and thanks for allowing me to help you get this silicone out. YOU ARE NOT ALONE! Peace and blessings Queen

Thanks for sharing. How long should you wait to get a BBL/fat transfer? Thanks
Hi hun I would say wait at least 1yr post removal to get a BBL/ Fat transfer. This is my personal opinion and have noticed that females going sooner than that tend to lose the fat that is transferred into the buttocks. Give your body time to heal after removal, gain the appropriate amount of weight and then have reconstruction. Trust me on this ladies.
Thank you
Thank you sooooo much for sharing your story. I just went through the whole post feed and all I can say is THANK YOU!!! You are such a brave soul, and we are blessed to be able to count with kind and descriptive stories like yours to make better choices and correct those that are still able to be corrected. I also made the mistake of getting the wrong product (biopolymer) into my butt when I was younger. Although, is been 12 years since then, with THANK GOD zero complications- I been fearing that eventually something could go wrong. I'm thinking of removing all of it and to use the extra pound I gained during pandemic to fill up the gap. As post-op is quite a journey im wondering, can the whole thing be done in one go? Or if not, ow long between procedures should we wait to safely get to post-op journey part 2?
Hi hun thanks for reaching out and I'm pleased To be able to help so many women. Do one procedure at a time and I recommend waiting at least a year for reconstruction. Don't put so much trauma on your body at once. I waited 2 yrs and I'm happy I did. It goes by fast and with so many inventions such as butt pads, lifters etc so you will be fine. I learned how to work with my new body and butt after removal. The wait was worth it!!!
Also, I hope your latest and greatest procedure went well, and although there might be some familiar discomfort- you are happy with the results for many many many years to come! I think I can speak for everyone by saying, WE APPRECIATE YOU for sharing your kindness with the world- and to echo with what you said previously YOU ARE NOT ALONE GIRL! Stay safe, we wish you a smooth recovery! :)
Thank you for your kind words. I truly appreciate you so much! I'm happy I'm able to help so many women. I love each of you and remember to love yourself even thru these difficult times.
Hello, I am so happy for you. You look great. Thank you for sharing your story. Can you please PM me more info about financial help. I've had a consulting with Dr Katzen & would like for him to do my procedure but I'm having a had time coming up with that kind of money. They quoted me $33,000 :(
I really need to get this out of my body. I'm in sever pain daily. I've become very depressed. I got injected 11yrs ago. Everything was great for the 1st yr. From there down hill. It's migrated to my back, & my butt is sagging. I look a mess :(
Thank you again for sharing your story. I Pray you can help me. Looking forward to hearing from you. :)
Wooohooo sooo happy for you! I’m grateful for you and BiopolymerGone49 that have been here for me answering my questions and guiding me. As you know it’s scary and a very delicate subject and unfortunately not many post. As you and BiopolymerGone49 I too will be here helping out as I was helped. My removal surgery is set for 7/10 with Dr Katzen and I requested for it to be live. Again thank you and may you have a speedy recovery

How much is the construction? And you’ve healed great
Hi hun my reconstruction is costing about 15k everyone is different so please don't go off of my quote. I advise you to call the doctor if you're looking for a quote for reconstruction. I hope this helps.
Hi hun thank you! Reconstruction is about 15k but it differs with every patient depending on what you're getting done. I hope this helps.
Hey how are you feeling? Did you get another MRI afterwards?
Hi hun I'm feeling great. I haven't gotten an MRI done after the procedure. Honestly I'm a little afraid. I don't want to see what's left if there's any or not. I'm know the Dr. did take out about 95%. Maybe one day before reconstruction I will be bold enough to see.
Okk Are all your symptoms still gone or minor done came back?
Yes my symptoms are gone. I feel great
Did u have any leg pain before?? You look great! Keep us updated w recon and best of luck!!
