Horrible Experience

Hi Dr Katzen,
My experience with doctor Katzen has been beyond awful both mentally and physically and when I mentioned what can we do to make this right he sends quotes for price for revisions for 20k . I should have not been charged and if anything offered a refund for leaving me scared and disfigured. Also I’ve attached pictures and my MRI still shows substantial silicone still in my buttocks( which I know you can’t get 100 Percent out.) When I had a doctor visit I overheard him advising another patient to get an MRI but never advised me and unfortunately already had my surgery. He only sent me a recommendation to someone after I asked and the doctor who did it said there is no way of knowing how much was taken out because I didn’t do one before. And as a board certified doctor I should have been advised. He assured me that The Ultra sound liposuction is all I needed which only made it spread and made my butt bigger)I don’t understand why I wasn’t advised to do an MRI before surgery.That should of been a prerequisite before surgery.Now I’m left with indentations, hyperpigmentation and Also from the aggressive liposuction He did on me has left my stomach uneven and lumpy with fibrosis in the front of my stomach and my sides. My arms are left uneven and with very visible scars.I hate to say this because I thought he was a nice and kind person. But the results he has given me has scarred me not just physically but emotionally and mentally . I’ve had a therapist for the last 12 months to pick me up of this depression of my botched body and my lack of confidence from this whole experience. I honestly wish I never even did the surgery if I was going to be still left with silicone and now botched legs, stomach. Lower back and arms. I even consulted with other doctors trained professionals thinking I went out of the country for this surgery. To me telling them that I went to an accredited doctor in Beverly Hills. They honestly felt very sympathetic for me as there was nothing they could do. But I appreciated the honesty and not just wanting my money. Because their reputation meant more to them than money. I made a bad choice at the age of 19 and didn’t want to repeat the mistake by going cheap and not a professional but paid so much to have it worst. Is just depressing. Especially someone who works so hard for their money, (Which we all do )I feel I just threw it away. And on top of everything being quoted thousands of dollars to fix something he did. The pictures below show clearly that this is not acceptable and should have been given refund or some type of remedy to this situation . I even emailed him and tried to handle this matter between him and I. Instead he had Jane email me saying to not contact his office again attached is the letter. I went to him thinking he was the best but only to leave me worst. He only wants your money and when you’re not doing that he wants nothing to do with you. I strongly advise to not use him. It’s taken me some time to get the courage to write and post pictures because it’s traumatized me. I will make sure to tell everyone I know to not use him. Because if I can help one person not go through what I had to go through. That’s enough for me.
