WORTH IT
Hey did anyone have to pay upfront of insurance out of network??? Looking to do a second surgery same pain same issues back again but no doctors in my state covers this procedure. So I’m in the situation where I found a doctor but wants to pay upfront until the insurance pays them and I get reimbursed. Anyone had that option done would love input. I’m so discouraged a mistake that I feel won’t let me be

Hey In sorry you had to go through so much and still need more surgeries.. Did you ever get to go that doctor in California? Or did the problems go away on their own?
I'm trying to get injection taking out of my butt what is the first process to setup and what the second process is for the procedure the cost and surgical insurance I don't have great health insurance what kind of health Healthcare insurance do I need for the procedure

I did the insurance option and thought they would pay for it. I had to pay up front also then once it was time to get reimbursed the insurance denied it. Either way I had to get that mess out my body so it is what it is. Move forward with the procedure. Your health is more important than a dollar
Which doctor did your removal?
Dr.Katzen in Beverly Hills. I did the closed technique it was the best decision ever. I feel natural again and feel like god gave me a rebirth
Dr Mir who was absolutely amazing great office great before and after care.
What exactly a closed technique. I definitely cannot afford a new procedure out of pocket.

But why do you have to it again? And does dr Mir accept out of pocket or just insurance?
Over the last few years it’s grew bigger remember it’s not all taken the take out has much has possible. Going to see Dr Mir again already booked my flight appointment set to speak to him and see my options. He is an amazing Dr this may have to be a second procedure that I may have to do out of pocket .
Did Medicaid pay for the first procedure?
No my heath insurance did . But in reality after the approval they didn’t not pay all fees they agreed on . Wish now got me in a situation where I can’t even go back to the same doctor who did my first surgery. I need a second procedure badly

New surgery removal needed

So I’m looking to get another procedure done definitely need another removal . Thinking of trying a different doctor any thoughts on that ? I’ve been looking around doing research I would like to use a doctor that uses the same cutting method straight across so I don’t get any additional new scars.

Why do you need another after so long I thought dr Mir normally removes everything ! What happened
I’m sorry you have to go through this. I had surgery last year and I also need another surgery :( I just don’t understand after seeing so much removed how it comes back
Exactly I felt the same way from 2019 till now. I have even exercise daily to see if that may help my legs got smaller but my buttons stayed same

Just know that this removal will be a long process, K. Michelle the singer had 13 surgical removals within 4 years to get this poison out and get back healthy. It is costly but there is no money worth my health.
I wanted to go to him too but he was charging $27k and he does NOT go through insurance.
I had removal with Dr. Katzen July 27. He is one of the best and very knowledgeable Doctors for this procedure. Girls going multiple times for removal with other Doctors in the end are paying a lot of money when everything is added up from the many surgeries.Dr. Katzen does one removal.

It all came back

Well wondering if anyone been through this … my injections removal journey has been real… basically after all the pain of recovery I’m back with the same issue my butt back to being huge back pain leg pain . I’m devastated

Have you talked to the Doctor yet? If so what did he say
I haven’t yet… but symptoms coming back they are getting worse so definitely need to get a consultation…

This is normal in some cases.. i had injections in my hip dips in 2012 and the stuff went to my thighs. I had removal in my thighs and hips in 2018 . I now get flair ups in my thighs and one on side of my knee. I feel that I need another removal and soon. As I send you this message I have a flair up on my right thigh and knee.
