Dr Katzen Saved my Life!

No amount of words can describe how grateful I am to have found this doctor! I had illegal silicone injected in my buttocks when I was 23. Little did I know that they will almost kill me 10 years later! End stage renal failure and dialysis is not exactly what I wanted to hear at 33 years of age. There was no significant evidence to prove if the free floating silicone was responsible for any of it but it was a theory from my amazing kidney doctor. For 2 years I researched all the facts, had to get on the transplant list, paid doctors for consults to see if anyone can help me and all I seemed to find was Drs that either wouldn’t operate on me stating that I’m a “liability” or drs that said well it looks fine maybe you shouldn’t touch it. Finally I found Dr Katzen! I watched his videos, read the reviews and somehow felt that maybe there might be hope for me still. I had scheduled a consult with Dr Katzen via SKYPE and it was for FREE! I made a list of so many questions or concerns I had and he answered them all. We spoke for nearly an hour. I never felt pressured of any kind and his team helped me with anything And everything! I needed to know I tried everything to save my life so after 4 months I scheduled my surgery. The dr and the staff gave me all the information I needed such as were to stay for the after care, how long to stay for and what I would need since I was coming from NY. So there I was going in to surgery and my future was in his hands. 8 hours it took to get this out of me! It has migrated to the hips and the groin area! But it was all out and I was alive! According to the other doctors I wouldn’t have made it thru a surgery like that. Yet in the hands of Dr Katzen there I was alive and happy. Fast forward 6 months after... I feel like a whole new person! The scars altho all the way around my body are tiny, my body looks better now then before, I feel amazing and the most important fact I no longer need a kidney transplant, nor do I need dialysis my calcium stabilized I’m no longer anemic and I get my period every month not 2 times a year like before. Thank you Dr Katzen and your whole teem for GIVING ME MY LIFE BACK! I sit here and cry happy tears because at 36 my life did not end, I now have a future, I now have hope and I will forever be grateful for you Dr Katzen who took a chance on me and saved my life!
