How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

Update
I wanted to share a significant update regarding my journey. The last time I posted, I was in the emergency room battling inflammation caused by residual product left in my body.
Unfortunately, my condition worsened. I will include some photos to illustrate just how severe it became.
I was admitted to the hospital for a two-week stay. During that time, I experienced a fever of 104 degrees for two days. The silicone inflammation I was dealing with was not only hot and rock-hard but also excruciatingly painful. I was treated with antibiotics and high doses of pain medication.
What you see in the photos was a recurring issue with my body, the only thing that made it go away was taking a steroid. While it may look like necrosis, it is actually inflammation from the left-behind product. This inflammation led to the formation of scar tissue, which only continues to create more scar tissue with every bout of inflammation, getting worse over time.
Eight months ago, I underwent a second surgery with a different surgeon. This procedure involved the removal of the remaining material along with a reconstruction. The silicone that was extracted during this surgery was primarily located in the red areas shown in the photos, with a few spots found in the central buttocks region.
Once I reach the one-year mark post-op from the second surgery, I plan to share a review of that surgeon along with updated photos of my buttocks currently.

Laying in the hospital dealing with complications
I figured I’d update my journey, I’m currently laying in the hospital dealing with all the complications from the product that remains in my body. Solid as a rock, very red and beyond painful.
