Today i am feeling absolutely amazing. I can now get out of bed all by my self and have the strength to flush the toilet with out it hurting. I also poooped which is a relief after these procedures as all the meds clog u up. Im only on paracetamol for pain now and only real pain is in my back i can barely walk for 4 mins without having to sit back down. So trying really hard to strengthen it without putting my incisions at risk. The photos attached were from yesterday ????

Surgery day
I got picked up from my hotel at 7:40 and arrived at Sikarin hospital a 8:15 they took me straight through to the international desk were i filled out some paper work. I then got weighed, and blood pressure takin. from there got an ex-ray of my chest and shown to my room where they took my bloods. This all happened so smoothly no waiting at all. I got my drip put in straight after to prepare me for surgery then watched a movie. they have australian t.v and Fox. My surgeon came to talk to me about my procedures and wanted to do them in 2 separate surgery which i wasnt really prepared for but thought about it and it is for the best. So i got my tummy tuck with MR and lipo to my flanks and upper stomach. As soon i woke i could feel pain but not major i was shivering like crazy so when they got me to recovery room they put extra blankets on and a heat blower underneath. After about half hour they took me back to my room where my nan was waiting so patiently and worried like crazy, bless her ???? they gave me paracetamol for the pain until it was time to have my morphine again. My travel pillow is a blessing make sure you bring one as you have to sleep sitting up and it just hugs your neck perfect. The nurses come in every 2 hours to check my vitals even through out the night they top up my meds i feel prettty much no pain at all im now 15 hours post op. Im going in for my breast lift, nipple reduction and augmentation in 4 hours i will keep you posted ????
