Hi all, had my 1 week check up today with consultant and had my plasters removed. He was pleased with result, no bruising and incisions have healed well. I must say my recovery this week has been much better then I expected thankfully! Can pretty much stretch my arms in all directions, just feel a stretching at times if i stretch out to long so im not over doing things. I no longer need to wear sports bra at night, able to have my first proper shower and drive!
Looking forward to them 'dropping and fluffing' but I'm very happy with how they are so far! No more follow up appointments.
