I am 46 and had a,facelift neck lift undereye...
I am 46 and had a,facelift neck lift undereye blephoplasty with under eye fat graph . The photos shown are the day be4 and 3 weeks post op. I am so far very happy with my results . The surgery was,6 hours and then recovery 1 hr. It is,a tough surgery as,far as,recovery it's been a little tough but if you want amazing results you have to deal with the recovery .

Very beautiful results! It looks like you also had a nose procedure.
I didn't have a nose procedure but it does look that way I agree . Maybe when my cheeks were lifted it helped the look of my nose

Did you have fat grafting anywhere else or just under the eye?
