I am 46 and had a,facelift neck lift undereye blephoplasty with under eye fat graph . The photos shown are the day be4 and 3 weeks post op. I am so far very happy with my results . The surgery was,6 hours and then recovery 1 hr. It is,a tough surgery as,far as,recovery it's been a little tough but if you want amazing results you have to deal with the recovery .

Do you still have under-eye bruising from the fat grafting?
Did you have fat grafting anywhere else or just under the eye?

I still have some under eye bruising that won't let up . I'm guessing it takes a lot of time. It's due to the fat grafting. I didn't have fat grafting anywhere else . Just under my eyes
