5'6", 145 Lbs, 520cc High Profile Round Smooth Silicone Gel

This is the After photo of what I looked like 8 months post op. I blurred out my nips because I don't want people seeing me nude on here. I really like the size I am now but could potentially go to a Double D in the future whenever I have to get my boobs redone in 10 years or so.

I was a 36 A Cup before. I did not like my tiny boobs. It made me feel very insecure.
The second picture is what my boobs look like now. They are now a 38 D Cup. I was wanting a double D and at first they were but when they settled into the breast socket they went down to a D. So not as big as I hoped for. But the after picture is 8 months post op.

So itching started up. Like my incisions are really itchy and the bandage was starting to irritate me. I got to finally take it off today and take a shower and boy was I relieved. I really needed to shower. Now my boobies are free and I have started wearing a sports bra. I tried on a XL sports bra and it was nice and snug but hard to zip. I also tried on a 36 D sports bra and it fits very snug. I think I'd have to get a DD bra to be able to have a perfect fit but the swelling is still at its peak so I'm waiting for that to go down and for my boobies to drop and soften.
