I have finally gotten comfortable with my new boobies, and I went to the gym today! I stuck to lower body and didn't go as long or challenging as I used to. I know its recommended to wait 2-3 weeks. Also, my implants are still very high. How long did it take for y'all's to drop? My husband comes home from deployment in two weeks, and I would really like them to drop by then. Also, what workouts did y'all start with post op?

First day of class. Pain is much less now. Its humid and hot outside, and maybe I'm paranoid but the scars are kind of itchy after walking around in the heat and humidity. My mucked feel less tense towards my upper chest and armpits. Driving is easier. Not being able to workout is driving me nuts. Also,I forgot to mention in addition to my meds I've been taking vitamin D and E
