Breast Implant Exchange

I had my breast implants exchanged to go bigger. I went to 2 different consults before deciding to go through with surgery. I had breast lift with implants placed by a different surgeon in Dec 2015 and they were never as full or big as I wanted them. I went to different plastic surgeon Dr Knight and expressed to him that I wanted upper pole fullness and that I wanted them alot bigger and rounder in appearance. I was told at each consult that ALL I needed was bigger high profile implants and that would give me the fullness that I wanted. Dr Knight was so confident and didn't express any concerns or doubts that a larger implant would give me the appearance that I was seeking. I went through with surgery and had my implants exchanged from 304cc & 339cc moderate profiles to 400 high profile in my left and 500 high profile in my right breast. The next morning after surgery when my husband unwrapped me I broke down in tears because they looked exactly the same as before I had surgery! I went back to doctor at least 2 or 3 times after surgery and expressed my concerns that they didn't appear any larger and I still had no upper pole fullness also I am having an issue with a muscle on my right breast causing a line in the breast when I flex and when just standing relaxed. His only comment on this was that he just didn't know how my skin was going to react and that he "thought" by giving me a bigger implant it would give me what I wanted. He offered to do another surgery and not charge me his surgeon fee but I would have to pay for anesthesia and new bigger implants but he still could not guarantee it would give me results I wanted. I feel like I was misled from the beginning that he could give me what I wanted. I would have never went through with surgery if he had given me any doubt I might not have optimal results! That is why I went to 2 different consults and took my husband to 1 of those appointment with me so he could hear the doctor tell me all I needed was bigger implants. On my last followup with Dr Knight I took before and after pictures to show him and asked him to pick out my before picture and he picked my after picture!!!! I asked for a refund of his surgeons fees and he refused and basically dismissed me as a patient. I will never recommend anyone to go to him for any surgery. I do not feel as though he is an honest surgeon and just tells the patient what they want to hear.
