Revision Rhinoplasy with Dr. Dr Alexander Ovchinsky. Short Hills, NJ

Not only did the outcome of the revision rhino result was natural, and aesthetically pleasing to me, bu Dr. Ovchinsky surgery, also corrected breathing problems, I had.
This is my last post. I now can move on with my life. The only reason why I came here after 5 months was to show just a little gratitude to the doctor who change my life...

Thank God !! I got the right doctor this time. Dr Alexander Ovchinsky and his staff did a fabulous job. I had a shortened nose and a over rotated tip, with receding nostril, basically you could see in my nostril. My last revision rhino was over 15 years ago, and the result was not too good. I have been searching, and researching all these years, and when I believe I found the right doctor, boom! I will find some negative about the doctor and then, I will try again.
I basically stop searching for a while, and then I decided to start searching again, and I consulted with many doctors, from DC to Long Island, NY. I visited many doctors, but some right away I knew they were not for me, until I met Dr. Dr Alexander Ovchinsky. He was pleasant and humble guy and I told him about my issues. I also had a very noticeable notch in left side of the nostril. Dr. Ovchinsky assured me that could be corrected, and that he could lengthened my nose using cartilages for my ribs.
I left the office feeling good about the consult. I google his name again to make sure he didnt have any complaints, and I found now. The price was shockingly low $7200 for a revision. I prayed about the whole situation and asked God to help me make the right choice. Dr. Ovchinsky did do morph and my nose and I showed him the desired outcome I would like to achieve.
I paid my money and book the date Aug 23, 2015 at 2:00pm at NYEE , New York City. I arrived and checked in at the clinic. I prepared my self for surgery and was waiting on the 3rd floor for the nurse to wheel me of to the operating room. At 1:45 pm a nurse came up to my room to inform me that there was a delay of about two hours. I thought to my self,"no!" but the same nurse arrive 45 minutes later and wheel me down to the operating room.
The anesthesiologist told me he was going to set up the IV and just give me something to relax me. After about 10 seconds I was knocked out. I woke up 5 hours later. The doctor was by my bed side and he told me that it went well. I cracked a little smile. My nose was all covered with bandage, but I was glad it was over. My friend came to pick me up and I slept in the car till I reach home. The Dr. Ovchinsky personally call me at night to see how I was doing. He told me if there was any issues to contact him immediately. I could feel a little tape over the site where piece of the rib was harvested to use in my nose.
I went for a follow up and to have the bandage and stitches remove. I saw that my nose was longer but I still saw the notch. I ask the doctor is the notch will go away. He assured me that it would.
I will fast forward now. The notch did go away. The operation was successful !! It was more than what I expected. I wanted a natural nose, and the result is better than what I expected. I am doing this review because I am grateful for what the doctor did for me. I am very happy..
Conclusion: Dr. Ovchinsky and his staff are true professions.
