My experience from the very beginning was a delight. I came in for a breast augmentation.From the moment i walked in everyone was very professional & friendly. The GENUINE type of friendly, not the fake friendly people do so they won't get fired. Dr. Shienbaum took his time & answered all of my questions , there was no rush. There were testers i was able to try on, to see what i prefered. I was 34 A cup, & decided on 345CC silicone. I am now 34C cup, sometimes D. Once i decided, i made my surgery appointment. 2 weeks before the surgery they even called to see if i wanted to keep my appointment or move it up to an opening they had, which i think was very thoughtful of them. I ended up keeping my original one though. The day of my procedure, everyone made me feel very relaxed & at ease. They walked me through everything they were doing, so i knew what was going on. Once i went under, all i remember is waking up & it was done. They helped me get my clothes on & helped me to my car, where my sister was waiting. I was able to call them if i needed anything, and with the medicine everything went great. I decided to wait 3 1/2 months before writing this review so i can talk about the aftermath. Which is that i am VERY pleased with the results! I have been from day 1 but now that they have settled, im even more pleased. I can't say enough about Dr. Shienbaum & all his staff in Brandon, Fl. I definitely recommend this place. Absolutely loved it :)
