WORTH IT$7,500
I wanted to do this because I've had my boobs done 3 times prior. Every time I went up a cup size and got a lift, only to find that 8 months later they would hang again. So I got smart and realized my body cannot hold them. I'm 5'5 and 109 lbs a double d is too big. So this time I went from 475 ccs to 350 ccs and of course I had them lifted. I haven't peeked yet, but I'm very curious as to how the results will be. I have tiny, hard to fibs veins and in the past I look pretty bad after the IV is removed. The nurse knew of my history so she numbed it and got it in first try. My surgery was at 7:30 this morning, well that's when I was set to he there and they took me back at 8. I was back at 11, so I'm still exhausted and everything. I will update tomorrow....see you later!!

I recently had mine redone and I am having a really hard time. I had saline and they bottomed out and so we sent to silicone and I wanted a bit bigger. I love my doctor an we agreed on going to 420 silicone. I was really excited but after the surgery I was told that my capules were so broken and that her tried to put the 420 in and I was too small and in order to hold everything up I had to go with 350, otherwise same issue later. My boobs look smaller and I am very disappointed. My boobs are lifted and look amazing but I am not happy with my size at all. Thank you for sharing your story. I see so many girls who look body wise way smaller with way bigger boobs and see like WHF. I am 5'5.5'' weight at 134 lbs. But I feel like I look like tiny boobs and big body.

Melendm2 I know whats you mean about feeling small. I was feeling the same even with 650 implants. You cant even tell I had a boob job. Some ladies at my work even told I should have gone bigger. I almost went bigger. I asked my PS for 800 cc but I backed off because I did not have the fund after having two surgeries in less than one year. In a sense it was the best decision I took to not to go bigger. Bigger implants bring bigger problems. You can develop complications. Also once you become anything over DDD it is very difficult to find bras and swim tops in a regular department stores, you can only buy them online and they are very pricy, also not all the cloths look nice on you. Boobs look like two balls specially when you have tiny boobs to begin with. You can feel the rippling. I am 32 DDDD/ F/G and trust me its very expensive and hard to find bras of my size. I am always wearing a bra because I am afraid the boobs will sag. So stay with what you have. Trust me smaller perky youthful boobs look way elegant than gigantic boobs and if you like the way they look just enjoy them and love them. Bigger boobs bigger problems!! Hugzzz

Ok so it has been 2 days since surgery and my recovery has been so awesome! I have had 3 prior breast surgeries, tummy tuck, and a nose job. I can say that my recovery has never been this smooth, now I understand on the nose job and tummy tuck because those were very painful and strenuous surgeries. Comparing my past breast lift with implant surgeries, yes this one was by far the best. I got to shower yesterday, felt so good to be able to get fully clean. That was also when I got my first look at my new girls, which I already love. I mean I went from watermelons to oranges...haha!!! I have very elastic skin so my body cannot hold the larger breasts for long before it starts to sag again. Now these are still new so I do not want to jinx myself but I am told that these will stay in place. We will see because I notice the sag after about 7 to 8 months. Also I had this problem before with my nose job, but I am totally allergic to the sticky part of tape. My PS had to remove the steri strips from my nose early because it swelled up like 3 times the size. Under my breasts, where the steri strips are (like I had the anchor lift so they go from the nipple down to crease) it is very red, swollen up, and very itchy. I get about 5 minutes relief and then it starts up again. I called my PS office and they have me going in tomorrow to see what we need to do because I am supposed to wear these for 2 to 3 weeks. I will update you guys after my appointment.

I apologize for my mix up on days yesterday, today is officially my 4th day with the my new boobies. I went to my PS today and he had to remove the steri strips since I am allergic to them. It hurt just a tad when he was working on the crease, but they were able to remove all of them. The nurse called in a prescription for an ointment for me to use over the next 7 days and advised me to take Benadryl. This is fine for me because I have not been wanting to take any pain medication, I have not really needed it. I am feeling much better so I will just have to give it time. Meanwhile, my boobies are looking better everyday. I go back in a week and I will update then. If you guys have any questions at all feel free to message me. I know what it is like to have an upcoming surgery and not want to go not knowing what is going on.

Thank you for sharing your story on RealSelf. I have moved your review to the Breast Implant Revision community as your experience with 3 BAs will be very valuable and helpful to other women seeking a revision. I'm so happy you're able to get just the right size, despite the extra surgeries. Yes, at 5' 5" and 109 lbs, you are very tiny. I bet you're going to love the feeling of your new implants. Such a bummer about the allergic reaction. Glad your recovery is going well. Try to rest when you can and keep us updated!
