Because of a rupture in one so I went for an upgrade from saline to silicone and OH My how much better they look and feel and really the pain involved was minimal...Dr. N did a beautiful job and I am so pleased and tickled...very pleased. The end result is actually what I had hoped for when I first had my implants done 15 years ago too bad I didn't go with the "silicone" then.
