Disappointed!! I am back to where I was before the procedure for, what I am seeing now at 5 months post procedure and I'm afraid that as time goes by the skin is going to get even more loose and sagging than before instead of getting tighter as it was supposed to happen as time passes by. Not worth it!! I have compared pictures from before and after and as it stands No benefit.

i had Ultherapy done full face and neck in May 2015 year while at the time it seemed to make my skin tighter and more supple. I believe it was the selling under the skin causing this youthful effect. Fast forward today I feel the treatment had very short lives results and made my face lose volume. I feel I now look older than when I got the treatment. I am also 59 and doing my research to travel abroad next near for a neck and face lift.

thank you for sharing your journey. it is so difficult to know what results really to expect and you demonstrated it beautifully for those of us on the fence. Unfortunately i feel that surgery is the only real procedure that will give us the desired results. but as i say, None of us escapes the aging process. we are All in the same boat.
good luck

I had it done on my arms and the saggy skin is worse and the doctor will not take accountability for this. Sorry you went through this. :(

Me too, wasted having it done twice on my arms, worked ok on a bump on my ankle and excess skin on my inner thighs.

Me too. One place took my money to destroy the beautiful skin I had on my belly. I had NO stretch marks, no sagging skin, even before menopause, when I did gain the spare tire that I tried cool sculpting for. So yeah, cool sculpting worked, but I'm left with the skin of a very elderly woman, just ugh uggh. horrible. Then I went to see someone else, an alleged thermi extperct, and for god's sake, It's worse now. That was four years ago, and I have never put on a bathing suit again. I would not have done the cool sculpting had I known it would destroy the skin, and the girl who did it should have known ... mid 50s, post meno, very fair skinned, p probably going to leave bad hanging skin. Damn her, I'm still so angry about it.

But then this other guy, the Thermi god who told me I was the perfect candidate for thermight. It did not improve a thing, but did make it worse. I m Ean, much much worse. I let him know that I was not at all happy, so he reluctantly did it again, and at my request did micro needling with PRP--ONE TIME! Well, MN does not work when you do it just once, and I'm sure he knew that. Anything to get me out of his. office.

I"ve since found a really good dermatologist--NOT a jack of all trades (we do it ALL! Face lifts, boobs, tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, nose jobs, botox, fillers, lasers ... come on ... no one can specialize in that much and really be an expert!) So I now see a highly skilled dermatologist who was very upfront with me: Fitzgerald-type skin, cool sculpting probably not a good idea, and she also said that the radio frequencies have a real hit and miss, and for fair skinned people, they don't seem to be performing well.

I have no seen even one thermi procedure (REAL, that is, there are some fakes even on here) that have worked. In my case, it made the. skin on my belly look hellacious, just horrible, It's so depressing. I paid a lot of money for that, and it cost me a bunch. I'm just really glad it's not my face.

If I were you, I'd complain mightily about this and see if you cannot at least get a credit to use for botox and fillers while you see a real surgeon who can do something more for your arms. That's really the only thing that will work for arms. It's the curse of growing older--along with neck and jowls. Fortunately, necks and faces can get really great results with lasers, but I don't think I've ever seen lasers done on arms.

Losing weight can help, and building up your biceps will lift up that sagging skin. Other than that, it would be surgery, and the guy who did this to you should have known that.

I'm so sorry. I know how you feel. Just be glad it's not your face.

Thermi is like that one RF for the face that las left so many scarred. I cannot recall the name, but it was hyped real big when it first fame out about 15 years ago. It usually does not work, but when it goes bad, it really goes bad. At least thermi won't disfigure your face.

Hit the gym when covid is over and. use the pull-up machine. Built your biceps as big as you can get them! And take solace that even the most beautiful women in our age group show that aging arm (Sharon Stone, Catherin Zeta Jones, and more). We're still women, still beautiful, and that's just one thing that Mother Nature has in store for all of us.

Jowls, Upper Neck and Arm Flaps

4 months post thermitight procedure and as you can see very little change on jowl and neck. Arm flaps are back to same as they were before now that sweeling is gone. The skin looks as creepy as it was before. I was hoping for some improvement but none so far. The circumference on my arms is smaller but flaps and creepy skin when arms down look the same. Is supposed to work up to a year. I doubt that I'll see any improvement anymore. Will update at 6months.

I had Thermitght done July 2017 on my arm flaps and upper thighs, so I am approaching my 1 yr. mark. Like you, the circumference of my arms is smaller and looks good, but the crepey skin looks the same (ugh). I think my upper knees look better, but not what I was hoping for. Would I do it again, yes for flappy arms to become smaller, but no if the goal is to eliminate crepey skin. Still hoping for a miracle cream for that!
