I am thrilled with my results after 6 weeks. My scar is healing well and I am massaging it twice a day with oil and then applying Kelo-cote silicone gel. I love my breast. I can't believe they look so good after having implants for 15 yrs! I just love having natural breast. I actually can't stop looking at my tummy. I have nothing to pinch its so tight and taught. I love it. I'm looking forward to working out those abs and getting some definition. It's great almost being back to normal too and being able to lift my children. I went back to the gym today. Slowly, slowly. I power walked for 20 mins and did some arm weights. I'm super happy ????

Thank you!! I work out so hard and then when I go to do planks it makes me sad to feel the loose skin in my tummy. I am so afraid I think of the tightness,,, or pain,,,, but I keep thinking about actually seeing the results at the gym with all the hard planking and ab stuff I do.
That is looking awesome for only 6 week! Makes me less nervous......

4 week post Op pics

Here are my 4 week post Explant and tummy tuck pics. I'm really happy with the results. I wish my tummy would stay flat like it is first thing in the morning! I think the scar is healing well and my breast have retracted great to say I had implants in for 15 years and have breastfed 3 children. I have my 5 week checkup next week where they will take the tape off and give me tips for scar healing.
