So Far Unhappy with my BBL - Shelton, CT

It’s been almost two years since my BBL, and I am back to where I started before the surgery. Once the swelling subsided, so did my results. Although I was aware I could lose some of the fat, I was not prepared to lose it all. Outside of the huge expensive, it was a painful procedure that’s left me with permanent scaring. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement. Do your research ladies.

I went for my post op visit with my surgeon a few days ago, and explained that I was unhappy with my bbl results. My butt has almost gone back down to its normal size, only difference I see is a smaller waist. It's also droopy at the bottom, almost v like. I never had that and I hate it. I hope that is only due to swelling. Only positive so far is the smaller waist, but that was not my end goal. My doctor explained that I was still swollen and things would settle, to give it 2 more months. He also explained that 60% of fat can be reabsored. I then asked how many cc did he inject, and he told me he didn't remember. :( I have also developed a fold on the right side of my back that I never had, looks terrible. So fingers crossed that is all settles.

I'm now two weeks post op. Immediately after surgery I noticed just a slight difference, which worried me. When your swollen your butt is always bigger, so I thought wow if it gets any smaller I'm back to normal. Well now week two some of the swelling is down and so is the size and shape of my butt. It's now droopy, worst than it was originally. I cant imagine this will fix itself, or get bigger or even regain its shape. I think it's only going to worsen. Very expensive and painful proceedure, and I couldn't be more disappointed.
