I’ve always wanted to have bigger boobs, but after two kids that “normal small size” have disappeared to zero. I don’t want big ones, just so I don’t need huge super filling anymore to feel like woman.
Tomorrow I have my first appointment, but I am planning to get 200-250cc Motiva Ergonomix implants as I’ve seen some very beautiful and natural looking results here is realself.com
I put some photos to show how small I am.

Today I had my first appointment. My doctor will be Dra. Ana Martínez Padilla in Seville. I’ve heard so much good about her and I felt so comfortable there. At first she was thinking anatomic implants, but after learning that I have horses, she told there is too high risk to rotation, so round ones will be safer. I decided to have Motiva Ergonomix.
Size 250cc prosthesis looked huge on me, but that was the smallest. She made 3D photos with 215cc (as my rice “prosthesis”) and I really like that size. What do you think?
Yet I don’t know when I’m gonna do this, but kids holiday might be the best.

hi, good luck with your operation. i would recommend that you go a wee bit larger than 215 cc. i had an augmentation 18 years ago, submuscular, silicone, 205 cc. i'm now scheduling an implant replacement and will go a few cc larger. we're the same height 162 cm but i weigh a bit more, 50-52 kg. regarding telling your kids, that's a tough one. especially for your daughter as girls that age are just finding themselves/developing their body image. what if you tell her a white lie, that you're going for corrective surgery and leave out the augmenation part until she is older? she may well notice a differencein your size that you can put it down to fuller breasts because of a lift? just a friendly suggestion. all the best!

yes, the same implants since 2000 but i want to have them exchanged now that i have the time and money.
my bra size went from 34A to 34B with a 205cc teardrop implant. the next implants i get will be a bit bigger and i was thinking of round as the cost is lower and the difference between round and teardrop barely noticeable: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FU8k9CVASPc . here's another video that has changed my mind about the shape: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lbvai9aoNdM can you tell me how you decided on motiva? i saw a video (in german) where the surgeon suggests motiva as it's soft and feels like breast tissue.
thanks again and all the best

Oh wau that’s lots of years <3 I am happy to hear this, as I wasn’t sure how long it’s realistic to think. Yeah I think I am taking that 230cc.
At very first I thought I definitely want anatomics, but my doctor told me that anatomic teardrop implants isn’t good for me as I ride with my horses in long distance/endurance and it’s too much movement (implant might turn a round). I actually found out these Motiva Ergonomix before I went to my first appointment and saw this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_GO8DFRJ6Y (it's Spanish, but just seeing helps to give an idea - she is my doctor by the way), I love that it’s moving like natural breast and that the implants adjust with gravity. It also have a microchip in it which shows implants temperature + if it's okay etc.
This page I've also looked a lot. I have also found ladies from realself.com with these same implants and about same size and those looks gorgeous :) https://motivaimplants.com/why-motiva/innovation-for-enhanced-safety/

Hi thank you :) I’ve been thinking now that I might choose 230cc as 250cc looked so big, but I don’t want to regret my size either.
I have to think about how I tell this to my daughter. Thank you for your suggestion, that might be good idea...although I hate lying :/

Looks so natural and perfect on your body.

You have horses! I used to ride too. Was wondering how it would be if I had implants and fell off... Cant imagine they’d survive the squishing :-O

I’ve understand that that’s not the problem...of course would be wise to use harness. My doctor told me that a very good sports bra is necessary and because of the movement, she don’t want to put anatomic implants for me.

How to tell your kids?
VerdeBellaMay 25, 2018
Specially to a daughter? My kids are already preteens as my son is almost 13 and my daughter 11 years old. I can’t lie nor just leave it like nothing has happened. We talk a lot and our family don’t have taboos, but my biggest fear is that specially my daughter starts thinking this is the normal option right away when her own body doesn’t please or develop a distorted body image...
I am 35 years old already, have breast feeded 2 kids and I think my motives are healthy as I am really doing this to myself. My daughter is a little feminist, as I’ve taught her, and we’ve been talking a lot about self-determination (body etc), so maybe I could use this to explain why I want to change my own body. What you think??
My kids haven’t seen my naked body in years as I really hate my boobs :/ My hubby love them tho, so don’t know where this shame comes.
Do you ladies have any ideas how to tell?

That’s tough to explain to kids. P.S. Good job on raising a feminist! (Y) I think, telling her that while she is going through puberty and growing up, it’s normal to feel self conscious due to all the changes and it’s important that she learn to love herself and her body throughout these changes. And to be happy with her body and assure her that every body comes in diff size and shape and it’s a ALL normal. HOWEVER..... it’s different once you are a mature adult and you still struggle with accepting your body and it really affects your own self esteem and confidence. Self esteem and confidence are so important in life and is key to being happy so let her understand that you are doing this for yourself and not for ANYBODY ELSE. You have done the research and know the risks and you thought the pros outweighed the cons. Let her know you are doing it to feel better about yourself, and NOT because you’re doing it to fit into society where people assume “larger boobs is more attractive.” I am a feminist and I believe in loving and accepting your body but I also believe in being happy and if there is something you are unhappy with and there’s the possibility of changing it and you know it’ll improve your outlook and confidence etc., why not do it? (Also 11 is young and are going pretty modest so I don’t know she’ll even notice so if she doesn’t, make you can talk to her about it when she’s older so that it’s easier!)

Thank you so much your comment...I love it and you are absolutely right!! That’s true that she might not even notice it, but that night at the hospital and those few weeks after that when I can’t actually do anything normal yet are something I have to explain somehow :/

Oh true... you are going to be very weak! I reallly hate lying but it’s What I did. I told my parents and some friends that I got a back/shoulder injury/strain from work so I’m taking time off to allow it to heal and it explains my limited range of motion. LOL I will tell the truth to them eventually but it was just easier for me this way until I’m ready

We found out the solution. Kids are going to my home country for 5 weeks at their summer holiday to be with my family, so I do it then. Actually I didn’t plan it before because we were planning to go there too 1 week later for a 2 weeks, but if I have BA I think I can’t nor want to fly right after. Maybe we could go for a week after 2 weeks recovering time or just use our holiday alone here this year. This solution helps that I don’t need to explain for them anything as they’re not home.

I had the same concern at first, but than I thought hey, I love my body and I used to love my boobs too, but they are just gone (2yrs breastfeeding) I miss them and I just want them back as they were. Another point of view... :)
