severe allergic reaction - zero help from neocutis

I was excited to try the Neocutis Lumiere Firm eye cream, only to be met with swelling so severe, I had to be treated by the local eye hospital. I tried reaching out to Neocutis directly to report the event and request a refund... crickets. So, I tried I messaging them on Instagram. SEVERAL DAYS LATER, they sent a scripted reply about how I can report the reaction if I want. They declined to reply any further. Understand that if you experience a burning, swelling, hot-to-the-touch allergic reaction that compromises your eyes like I did, Neocutis does not care about you and will do nothing to help you. Weeks later, the skin around my eyes is still extremely tender and stretched out. My eye doctor said it may never completely heal, and I may need upper eyelid surgery to remove the damaged skin.
