I have seen a dramatic difference in my ability to breathe through my nose

I am almost a year out from my septoplasty/rhinoplasty with Dr.Reish and I am so happy with my results. Around 3 years ago, I began experiencing a lot of difficulty breathing through my nose. I was almost always congested and felt constant pressure/tension around my nose that would lead to headaches. I decided to visit an ENT/Plastic Surgeon that was in my area and had been recommended to. This was the only doctor I had visited before Dr.Reish. He had diagnosed me with a deviated septum and said I would need a Septoplasty to correct my breathing. After learning this I had mentioned I would be interested in a Rhinoplasty as well. However, after our consultation I had Ieft feeling very unsure and insecure about myself. I had always struggled with feeling confident about my nose and there were countless pictures that I felt my nose "ruined." During my consultation with this doctor, he told me that what I wanted to change about my nose would be impossible and in many ways made me feel like I needed this surgery to be "pretty."

I was feeling very discouraged and unsure about even getting a septoplasty until I discovered Dr.Richard Reish. From our first consultation, which was a Facetime call, he was reassuring, comforting, and most importantly trustworthy. He immediately had a plan and made me feel so good about myself even before the surgery. I knew instantly that this was the doctor for me. Before the surgery, I had needed to change my insurance and his team was extremely helpful and diligent throughout the whole process. Everyone was easy to contact if there was ever an issue and were extremely considerate of my situation (I was starting college in the fall so I was hoping to have my surgery before then.)

On the day of my surgery, Dr.Reish informed me of everything I needed to know and made me feel very safe. His bedside manner throughout the whole process is what sets him apart from any doctor I ever met. He checked up on me every day of my recovery and gave out his phone number so that he was always easy to each. I greatly appreciated this as any questions or concerns I had were quickly handled. It is undeniable that he has so much care and thought for every single one of his patients. Regardless of good reviews and experience, it is still nerve-wracking to trust a doctor to change your face, but I had zero doubts with Dr.Reish. I distinctly remember being brought into the operating room feeling so secure with everyone on his team including his anesthesiologist and nurses.

After getting my cast off, I was very swollen but could tell my nose was going to be exactly what was on my vision board. Dr.Reish continued to keep in contact months after the surgery and still answered his phone quickly regarding any questions I had. Every month throughout my healing process my nose was looking even better than I had hoped. I had visited him twice after my surgery for steroid injections and he would tell me it's only going to keep looking better. I couldn't have imagined this but he wasn't lying! I had just seen him about a week ago and was reminded of his amazing demeanor and skills. As I mentioned before, I am almost one year post op and I am beyond happy with my results. Regarding my breathing issues, I have seen a dramatic difference in my ability to breathe through my nose. I no longer feel constant discomfort/tension in my nose and would even say my quality of life improved because of this. I finally have my dream nose and more importantly still feel like myself!! One of the main reasons I picked Dr.Reish was his wide array of clients that looked natural and still like themselves after the surgery. Many doctors almost copy and paste the same nose on their patients and this was not what I was looking for. I wanted to recognize myself after the surgery but look like what I always hoped I looked like in photos or the mirror. This is exactly what Dr.Reish accomplished for me! Not once did he ever make me feel bad or uncomfortable for wanting to seek plastic surgery but instead reminded me I was beautiful before and am going to continue being beautiful.

He truly is amazing at what he does and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking into getting a septoplasty/rhinoplasty. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and dedicated to what he does. I would have never imagined feeling this confident about myself and I am glad to say that is thanks to Dr.Reish.
