My septum is now S-shaped and I can barley breathe out of my nose

I was referred to her from my family doctor for a deviated septum. She said she'd be able to fix cosmetic issues as well covered by my insurance. Fast forward after my surgery.. my septum is now S-shaped and I can barley breathe out of my nose. Along with many cosmetic issues such as cartilage being left in my nostril when it's suppose to be inside my nose. I now have to find another surgeon to fix my nose and shell out thousands of dollars. Worst of all she had no sympathy for my concerns and offered to only put the cartridge back into my nose. However, without the option of being put under. I asked to pay extra for it and I was told no. I wasn't getting a nose job while being awake!! I don't think I wouldn't me trusted her to fix it anyways. Overall I'm very disappointed in my experience with Dr. Eisler.
