Best Decision I Think I've Ever Made
Overall my experience with Dr Hamadeh and his team was nothing but pleasant and everyone was so loverly throughout my experience.
I had been researching and wanting to get a Rhinoplasty for years and after finding Dr Hamadeh through one of his patients on social media and asking her a few questions, I was pointed in his direction and after researching into him and his techniques and results - I finally took the plunge and booked in a consultation.
I had my initial consultation with Dr Hamadeh in which he took the time to go into so much detail with me, really understanding what I wanted and what my issues were. I felt like he was truthful and realistic with my expectations and answered any questions that I had. I felt really at ease and felt like I had made a right decision in finding and choosing him.
I wanted some time to think about it and make sure that it was the right direction for me and what I wanted and what I was after and didn't feel rushed or pressured at all - I was given the space to think about it and the team asked if there was anything I needed but it didn't feel like pressure at all.
After paying the deposit and talking with the team they were really accommodating about a difficulty I had in finding the right date for me and working it around some holidays that I had.
Manuela was always so lovely and talked me through everything and was so so so lovely on the phone.
Once I had done all the documentation and sent everything through they kept really attentive and made sure I was aware of what I needed to do and the importance of what I was sending through.
One piece of feedback that I have for the team is that it was quite sporadic and wasn't always clear what I had sent and what I needed to do.
Some of the long terms and conditions and pre/post op details/documentation was confusing and didn't make sense - so potentially would suggest just reviewing all the documentation and making sure it's as clear as possible.
I had also signed a lot of documents and then needed to sign some of them again etc. - was quite confusing! But we got there in the end!!
I wanted another consultation with Dr Hamadeh as I was nervous about a couple of things - specifically the anesthetic - and I was completely put at ease after he spent time answering all my random questions!
In the lead up to the surgery they made sure I was aware of everything and what to expect - one piece of feedback is that it probably wasn't explained to me fully what to expect on the day and what the process is etc.
It was also really hard to refind documents (pre/post op care) so having one big document that you can read that's super clear would be amazing.
On the day I was really scared and nervous but had my surgery at Cadogan Clinic and they were so lovely. I had said on one of my forms to Cadogan Clinic that I was incredibly nervous - My anesthetist immediately put me at ease and they actually admitted me early because they knew I was really nervous.
I had also received texts from the team wishing me luck the day before/morning of which I thought was such a lovely touch.
Afterwards Jazzmeen phoned me the next day and made sure I was ok and answered my questions.
One piece of feedback here is that it was really unclear how I was meant to clean my nose post-op - I think it would be really useful to have much more detail about this and what you should do. I don't know if I was being silly but it really wasn't clear to me!!
Everything since has been amazing and I'm so so so happy with the results.
I was expecting to be super swollen but I hardly bruised and my nose is exactly what I wanted already.
I had my cast off two days ago (now 12 days post-op) and I'm already so happy with the results.
I wanted a very natural look and he's totally understood what I wanted and I'm so happy - Dr Hamadeh and his style suited me perfectly and I really hope in a year's time I'm still feeling like this.
I already feel like it's the best decision I've ever made and I feel like I'm only going to love it more as the swelling goes down.
