Here are pictures of the before and after at 3 weeks post op. (Forgot to add them in for the initial review) Dr. Markarian did everything he said he was going to do for my nose. My main concern was my deviated tip and breathing problems I had my whole life. He did such an amazing job for my septum as well as the cosmetic portion! Extremely happy with the results!

Dr. Markarian is a highly skilled surgeon!! I’m almost 3 weeks post-op and my results are already amazing!! For anyone considering a septoplasty/rhinoplasty I would highly recommend Dr. Markarian. Choosing a surgeon is a big decision, especially when it comes to your face! I did a lot of research/ looking around in the Massachusetts and New York area and I can honestly say I am so incredibly thankful I choose Dr. Markarian for this procedure. Anyone that I have spoken to about Dr. Markarian had nothing but amazing things to say about his work and him as a person...and they were right! He is very thorough and listened to every question I had before and after surgery. All around he is just an incredible doctor.
