As an individual in healthcare who's never undergone surgery I was obviously quite scared. However Dr. Alexander was quick to put my concerns to rest. His bedside manner was perfect, he listened, answered all my questions and ensured I was informed and comfortable with proceeding. I ended up getting a septoplasty with osteotomies and splint placement. The surgery went off incredibly successful. I had my splints in for a few days longer but overall it was worth it. Having the splints removed was extremely satisfying. The difference was almost immediate. I can finally breathe properly and don't snore anymore. I'm 3 weeks post op today and my scar is barely noticeable and had zero post operative complications. I ended up taking a product called MEND to help with reducing scarring. I tend to scar from cuts all the time however I can barely notice anything. I would highly highly recommend Dr. Alexander for any head and neck procedures.
