Dr. Nogan exceeded all my expectations. I went to him as a final attempt to breathe out of my nose. Upon examination, he told me that my previous surgery looked like they didn’t fix any of my nasal issues. He assured me he would look into every section of my nose to make sure everything is correct and fixed appropriately, and he did just that. On top of the four things he’s fixed, he also performed a rhinoplasty. I couldn’t be happier with my new natural-looking nose! He is a trustworthy professional, who I would highly recommend. Also all the staff at the outpatient center were beyond amazing! Can’t thank them enough, especially nurse Crystin.
