I had MOHS surgery followed by plastic surgery on my nose. I was amazed by Dr. Nogan's skill. It has been one week since my surgery, and I couldn't be more pleased. I highly recommend Dr. Nogan. I have family that have used Dr. Nogan, and in all cases, we have been very pleased. Additionally, his staff is exceptionally experienced and friendly.
I went to Dr. Nogan for a surgical procedure that was both for esthetic and functional reasons. I am nearly 2 months post op and very satisfied with my results! The staff was kind and helpful and Dr. Nogan's bedside manner was second to none. He was extremely down-to-earth, understanding, and knowledgeable. I always felt like I had been truly listened to after speaking with him, which is something I can confidently say I did not have with any of the other 3 doctors I had seen for consultations. Even post-op, the doctor and staff were very attentive and caring toward me. I am so happy I chose this doctor and facility for something so important to me.
I cannot emphasize enough the profound impact that Dr. Nogan and his dedicated staff have had on my life over the past year. From the very first consultation, I felt not only cared for but truly heard under Dr. Nogan's expert care. I was referred to Dr. Nogan's office by my dermatologist, seeking help for a condition that has significantly shaped my life. From the age of six, I've grappled with Transgrediens et Progrediens Palmoplantar Keratoderma (TEPPK), an exceptionally rare skin disorder characterized by an overproduction of keratin on the palms and soles, accompanied by distinctive white/gray 'plaques' on specific areas of my hands and feet. TEPPK is not only aesthetically challenging but also poorly understood and lacks sufficient research, making my journey even more complex. Over the years, I've consulted numerous dermatologists and tried various treatments, all without success. TEPPK not only affects my physical appearance but also induces constant psychological distress and anxiety, impacting my overall quality of life. The unique nature of my condition, which can even lead to auto-amputation, has made finding an effective solution particularly challenging. Enter Dr. Nogan, whose expertise and commitment to finding a solution have been nothing short of transformative. Through the innovative use of a CO2 laser, Dr. Nogan devised a treatment plan that has remarkably improved the appearance of my hands and feet. Witnessing visible results within weeks of the first session was a revelation and a testament to the efficacy of Dr. Nogan's approach. Before this breakthrough, I found myself struggling with feelings of hopelessness, questioning the possibility of ever leading a fulfilling life with this challenging condition. Now, thanks to Dr. Nogan's expertise and the cutting-edge treatment, I not only see a marked improvement in my physical appearance but also envision a future filled with richness and meaning. My gratitude to Dr. Nogan and his compassionate team knows no bounds. Their unwavering support and commitment have not only transformed my external appearance but have provided me with newfound hope and optimism for the journey ahead. I am sincerely thankful for the life-changing impact they've had on my well-being.
Dr. Nogan removed my dorsal hump and removed my plunging tip upon smiling. 100% cosmetic. My breathing was great before the procedure and almost 3 months post op it has remained that way. Pre op and post op went well and as expected. Recovery from my rhinoplasty took about 2 weeks but discomfort lasted a few weeks. I’m about 3 months post op and still waiting anxiously for my tip swelling to go down, however, I am very pleased and thankful for his talent and skill. He definitely has the capability of doing amazing work. I’m happy I chose him for such a life changing procedure.
Excellent experience with Dr Nogan, before, during, and post-surgery. He is so capable. Patient, kind, and extremely competent in the field of plastic surgery. He patiently answered all my questions and concerns before the procedure. He did not try to sell me on the procedure, but left it for me to decide. Definitely kept me calm and relaxed during the surgery (I was not under general anesthesia, so a bit nervous, but his manner and tone put me at ease). It was easier than I expected. Post-op discomfort was not a problem. Felt almost back to normal after three days! I am thrilled with the results: so natural. Couldn’t be happier. Dr Nogan’s staff are all super, too.
I finally decided to seek out a plastic surgeon to discuss a facelift or neck lift in the fall of 2021 after an autoimmune reaction to filler. I got covid in July 2021. My body attacked some old filler in my cheeks. My face swelled up like a giant marshmallow. I swear that after covid, I looked like I aged 5 years in 5 months. Maybe I had just noticed how saggy my lower face had gotten. I don’t know. But to me, I looked 50 at 40. I consulted a few doctors and Dr Nogan took the time to really exam the pros and cons of the options available. I left the consult and decided to do some research as well. I toyed with the idea of trying filler along my jawline, ultherapy, and a mini facelift. I felt like everything besides the facelift was just a band aid. I was concerned that I’d end up spending 3x as much on temporary solutions, then getting the facelift anyway. I actually tried a different filler (Voluma) in my cheeks just to see if I would have another reaction in Dec. sure enough, I got a palpable nodule in my left cheek within 3 weeks. Took about 3 more weeks of massage and icing to get it gone. On Feb 4th I got the facelift. I was super nervous. Dr. Nogan made me feel a lot better when I was there and he was doing the surgery. I’m sure the Valium helped too. The pain started to ramp up as soon as I got home and it was relentless for the first few days. My pain tolerance is pretty low though. I was scared I would look swollen and freakish forever. But after about a SOLID week, I started looking great! I’m about 10 days out and still have very minor bruising. Incisions are still pink. But I look 10 years younger. Not kidding. I would absolutely recommend not wasting time and money on filler and stuff. Just get a good surgeon. It’s well worth it. It makes a huge difference immediately. Every time I looks in the mirror I saw thick jowls, saggy neck skin, and a loose wrinkled chin. It was really making me depressed. I think being thin made it worse. Now my face matches my body and spirit. I’ll add pics soon. It says they’re too large to add. I’ll reduce them and add them in.
First time receiving Botox. I was a little nervous not knowing what to expect but Fernanda, Nancy and Shireen made me feel very comfortable and I was very relaxed with them. Fernanda also did microdermabrasion and put me on a skin care regimen that I am loving. Thank you ladies.
Could not have asked for a better result. First class and down to earth physician. Entire process was great, from evaluation, diagnosis, insurance submission, surgery and aftercare. Would highly recommend for any deviated septum related issues.
Dr. Nogan is very attentive and professional. When I made my decision to proceed with my surgery I wanted to visit several surgeons before deciding which doctor to perform on me. Dr. Nogan happens to be the first doctor I visited and after seeing him I didn’t hesitate to book a appointment to go ahead with my surgery. He answered all my questions and concerns and made me feel confident and safe that he will do a excellent job. I am very happy with the outcome and result of the surgery.
Dina did my microblading and my brows turned out amazing! A friend, from about 5 feet away said “wait, that’s not hair?” Pretty much pain free and it’s so freeing to not have to draw on my eyebrows every morning
Botox is certainly a treatment worthy of consideration for patients who wish to reduce the width of their jaw. The masseter is a muscle that attaches to the jaw and plays an important role in chewing. This muscle can be larger than average in some patients, resulting in the appearance of a wide lower face. Botox works by temporarily weakening the muscle, and it can result in a reduction in the size of the muscle over time. Narrowing of the face happens gradually over the course of multiple botox treatments, and side effects are extremely rare.
