I'd Give 10x Stars if I Could. I LOVE DR P AND HIS STAFF!!!!

I actually went to Dr Portuese just so I could say I saw two doctors, not at all thinking I was going to book him do my Rhinoplasty/septum surgery. I had already booked with a different highly recommended doctor in Bellevue. To be honest the first time I met him I didn't like him, I actually wanted to leave, but as the appointment progressed I ended up LOVING him and canceled my apt with the other doctor as soon as I left the office. Dr. Portuese is truly an artist and also an amazing person!! From the consultation to every follow up appointment I have he has always been a perfectionist but also treats you as his friend. He also keeps your expectations REAL. He's a doctor, not a magician and anyone who seeing ANY doctor needs to remember that (please have real expectations). Dr. P. truly wants his clients HAPPY at the end of their procedures. I've had a deviated septum/ slightly crooked nose since birth (been a terrible mouth breather my entire life) and also I had a small bump I had always been self conscious about. When I had my final follow up apt my breathing wasn't as good as he wanted and really wanted me to breathe better still. So he insisted he would fixed it again, and he did! All the changes he made were very slight and my breathing is AMAZING!! People don't even notice I've had anything done, but they know somethings different about me. That's the most amazing part. He really knows what to do with each client and how not to over do anything. I would say I'm more than 100% satisfied, but thats not possible. He did however exceed my expectations. I would recommend him to anyone in my life, and I already have and will continue to do so. I honestly can't say enough kind words about his staff as well. Every time I visit the office I leave feeling like they are friends not just professionals, very welcoming and inviting.
