Dr Ghavami Ruined my Nose

I went to Dr. Ghavami after I had a rhinoplasty with rib graph which left my nose bulky. He took the rib out and never used any bit of the rib which left my nose with no definition. 2 years later after my nose didn’t get defined he said he would try and define the tip. I had some extra rib that was banked in back of my head from previous surgery. He used it and when I was laying there he said he should of used this rib the first time. WTF. Really why didn’t he use the rib he pulled out of my nose the first time! So confused. Know the piece of rib that’s in my tip is sticking out weird..It looks worse then ever. I hate my nose.
