Septo Rhinoplasty Experience

This procedure had been on my to do list for 20 years. I researched surgeons for over 5 years. I had direct consults with 3 and in the end went with Dr Kulbersh in Charlotte NC. He is a double board certified facial plastic surgeon. He specializes in only facial procedures. Today I am 6 days post op. The last week was pretty brutal. Staying on top of meds was really important. I had the standard 3 day mark of highest bruising and swelling. Every day since has been better and better. Rest and eating well has helped the healing process. I get the cast off tomorrow and I'll follow up.

Today is one week since my surgery. I got my cast off and was able to finally see the amazing work done to my nose. My bruising is completely gone but I'm still tender. I am very impressed with the results so far. Of course there is natural swelling still, but I can see that the profile is straight and the bridge has been narrowed exactly like I was hoping for. I cant wait to see the final result, but I am already very happy I went with Dr Kulbersh.
